Waterfront Restaurant | Minnehaha Bay

Construction of a new 6,700 s.f. single storey wood framed multi-use building for the Municipality of West Nipissing Ouest. The new building includes an office and convenient store for the dock master, public washrooms and showers for boaters and a fully equipped kitchen for Twiggs Coffee Roasters. New boat slips, a boardwalk and an outdoor amphitheater were also incorporated into the design along the shoreline of the Sturgeon river.
